Need help for any insight or ideas to a business proposition. May lead to a small sum payment if its a good idea.

Basically I wish to start up a business or a company that will make me money and make people happy, I need ideas and maybe a partner or people to come forward (private message me) and I can depending on the ideas and time/effort pay the individuals a small wage to work for me.
